Do you ever watch someone else and see what they’re doing and think “why not me?”

I watched my coach for almost a year before I even considered dabbling in Beachbody programs – let alone the coaching opportunity. 

I didn’t think I had what it took. 

—> No social media background

—> No “sales” experience  

—> No MONEY! I know some of you SAHMs know what I’m talking about 😜 it’s hard to justify things for yourself!!!

—> No free time…come on I had an infant and a toddler! I barely slept as it was! 

But as I watched I realized this coaching “thing” had qualities I wanted – a lifestyle that was attractive to me – for me – for MY family. 

I wanted to be a healthy & fit mom. 

I wanted to be able to give my children things I didn’t have. 

I wanted to be able to pay the bills without strategically staggering out pay dates to make sure we didn’t go negative in our account.

 I wanted to create a future for my family that would allow us to travel, to have fun, and to simply LIVE out our life – together. 

So instead of thinking about all these things “I wanted” and thinking about the “what ifs” I started to take ACTION! 

In 28 months…

✔️We have paid off my student loans 

✔️We have invested in our children’s college educations 

✔️We have been able to build our dream HOME with the supplemental income I have added to our family’s monthly budget!!! 

✔️We are able to GIVE more to causes that truly mean something to us

✔️And above all else – I have such an amazing sense of self-satisfaction knowing I am able to help other women build and live out their dreams too! 

I feel like a lot of people just don’t really GET what being a Beachbody coach is and how much it can truly impact your life – your future and your family but I want to help you understand!!!

We become a FAMILY. 

I train my team – I guide them – I help them succeed! I will run with you or walk beside you but know I am there for you if you are ready to take that leap!!! 

I’m not saying that being a work from home home mom is the best way to live out your dreams but I will say it is the best thing for me and my family and the blessings that I have experienced in just these last 28 months is truly far beyond my wildest dreams and I am looking for those of you who want this too!!!

Q. How hard/easy are the workouts?

Country Heat workouts are simple enough that anyone can do them. That’s the beauty of the program. Autumn introduces two steps at a time before she moves on to the next two steps. She designed it that way so people will find the routines easy to follow and stick with the program, which is the best way to get results. But don’t be fooled—you’re going to work up a sweat burning those calories, even if you’re already fit! With Country Heat, you don’t need to know how to dance. You just follow Autumn’s lead, move to the hottest country music, and have a blast!

Q. What equipment will I need?

None required!!!

Q. How is this program different from CIZE?

Country Heat’s choreography is simple, all you have to do is follow along! Autumn teaches you two steps at a time, then moves on to the next two steps. And you don’t need to memorize anything. Country Heat features the hottest country music, using songs that you’ve probably heard on the radio. Q. What should I do if my calorie calculation is less than 1,200? Or more than 2,300?

If your number is less than 1,200, round up to 1,200. If it’s more than 2,300, round down to 2,300.

And just like that 8 weeks flew by and I found myself 56 days down the road since I began my journey with 22 Minute Hard Corps.

Before I start any new program I take the time to sit, reflect and set some goals.

Then, naturally, comes the evaluation stage when its all said and done.

Sometimes I crush them. Sometimes I fall way short and others its right on the line.

I’d say these ones fell right on the line.

I lost 1.8 pounds & just shy of 2″ around my waist.
I see more definition in my core and arms and feel leaner.

I quickly saw the immediate results of when I chose clean, healthy food choices vs. when I didn’t. I am getting to the point where the crazy out of control cheat meals just aren’t worth it! I do much better when I avoid the gluten and steer clear of the dairy!!!

On the upside I am able to pound out more pushups than ever before but fell short of that dang pull up goal #someday

All in all I am happy with my results. When you boil it down, we enjoyed the Easter holiday, our little man’s 3rd birthday, a few friend parties, a Baptism, the Buccos opening day, Mothers Day, a Pens playoff game and found balance in it all!

My nutrition was far from perfect…and while my goal is usually 80/20 I’d say I fell more along the lines of 70/30. But I enjoyed the ride! And that’s just it – its a PROCESS!!!

I was excited to share in this journey with all of my challengers and look forward to seeing what the next challenge brings!

People kept asking me: Would I recommend this program?

Truth is – I think it is a great program to do – but not to get started with.

The 22 Minute length is amazing but a lot of the moves are challenging.

I have been consistently working out for over 2 years and found myself modifying more often than anticipated. A lot of my new challengers who started with this program found themselves struggling. That being said – others who had already completed programs like Insanity Max:30, 21-day fix, PIYO, etc… enjoyed the change up, shorter length and challenge this program brought.

In the end it will depend on you and what you like.

But if you’re wondering if this program can help you reach your goals…chances are the answer is YES!!! 

I am happy to add this to my library and look forward to dabbling back to these workouts, even the dreaded Cardio 3 on those days when I really do just have 22 minutes to spare!
