-2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
-1 tsp honey
-1 cup almond milk or coconut water
-8-10 ice cubes

Add all ingredients to blender. Cover and blend until smooth.

I tried other programs and fitness approaches in the past but the one thing that helped ME finally get LASTING results was a COMMUNITY of like minded women to LEAN IN TO!!!  I am more motivated, feel more connected and I love knowing that I can workout on my own time but I have this whole virtual online community that is lifting me up and cheering me on to reaching my goals.

And so many more MOMENTS…came together to make up a recent 4-day trip I took to Lake Norman NC. It was a trip for me to be with my coach – the one that shared her life so graciously on social media and allowed ME to discover THIS life changing opportunity – and a trip for me to be with MY leaders as well – to thank them and spoil them and teach them so that one day they are doing the same for their teams!

It was a TEAM retreat for the record books no doubt…but WHY?

Why are these things SO KEY and such a HUGE driver for me to host and my team to attend?

As coaches we have the opportunity to build an EMPIRE without ever leaving home.

A DREAM come true to this former, stay at home mom who needed to find herself after babies!

And whether you have little ones and a desire to be home with them or simply a desire to travel more or work on your own terms or simply live beyond the nontraditional 9-5 this business has the ability to be a BLESSING beyond words.

Sometimes building a business behind a computer screen can be a little lonely and the peer to peer interaction is what you need to jazz it up.

We have larger events like Summit and the Success Club trips that allow us to come together and quarterly Super Saturdays to see  local area coaches but the annual team RETREAT allows a time to be together as ONE TEAM UNITED and I truly cannot put into words the IMPACT this even has on my business.

I remember watching my coach go on her team retreat before I started thinking REALLY – that many girls in one place who are VOLUNTARILY spending the weekend together?!?!

I didn’t get…until I became a part of it. The unity. The community. THE FAMILY.

I have learned that when you pour into yourself for a little bit you then have the ability to POUR MORE into others and this trip while seemed like it came at the most crazy time in my life – I now realize it came at the time I – WE – needed it most.

I don’t know many jobs – careers – that are built upon a CULTURE that encourages other women to empower other women and provides an environment for you to SIMPLY BE YOU because YOU ARE ENOUGH and your income is a direct result of the IMPACT you make but my goodness I sure am glad I found it!

The countdown is on!!  The brand new Morning Meltdown 100 program is going to start the VIP Early Access on Monday July 1st to new and existing coaches!!!

What’s the Exclusive Coach Window?

If you are already a coach, you will be able to purchase MM100 on Monday, July 1st!!

If you’re not a coach but you want to get your hands on MM100 as soon as possible, you will want to sign up as a coach on OneFitFam on July 1st. You can choose to work the business, be a hobby coach, or just do it for the discount!

When you purchase your MM100 package and sign up as a coach at the same time, you’ll be able to waive the coach sign up fee.

And if you’re not ready to sign up as a coach, that’s totally okay! Your MM100 launch date is July 16th, and that will be the day you can finally purchase your package. The program will go live on July 29th and that is also the day our challenge group will start!

What Happens Next?

The MM100 launch date for coaches is July 1st and the program will be available for customer purchase on July 16th. The program goes live on Beachbody on Demand on the 29th and that is also the day we start the challenge group!

What is MM100?

Morning Meltdown 100 is designed to help you unlock the best version of yourself by committing to completing 100 workouts!

As we approached Memorial Day weekend kickoff in my Summer Slimdown Bootcamp one of my girls raised the question many were thinking:

How can we enjoy some beverages this weekend without totally derailing our results?

Great question friend!

I have a deep love for the bubbly – AND for margaritas but truthfully my stomach can’t handle the sugars that a margarita mix includes.

Poolside, this has become a favorite summer treat and simple to whip together as a single serving glass OR pitcher when gathering with friends.

SKINNY MARGARITA:

Ingredients 

  • 2tbs Silver Tequila (I’m not a brand snob but will say the quality makes a HUGE difference in the taste!) 
  • 1tbs lemon juice
  • 1tbs lime juice 
  • Lime sparkling water 
  • Ice

DIRECTIONS:

Combine tequilla and juices in a shaker cup with ice. Shake well. Pour into a cup of ice and top with sparkling water. Simple as that – then ENJOY!
