If you’re not a coach but you want to get your hands on MM100 as soon as possible, you will want to sign up as a coach on OneFitFam on July 1st. You can choose to work the business, be a hobby coach, or just do it for the discount!

When you purchase your MM100 package and sign up as a coach at the same time, you’ll be able to waive the coach sign up fee.

And if you’re not ready to sign up as a coach, that’s totally okay! Your MM100 launch date is July 16th, and that will be the day you can finally purchase your package. The program will go live on July 29th and that is also the day our challenge group will start!

What Happens Next?

The MM100 launch date for coaches is July 1st and the program will be available for customer purchase on July 16th. The program goes live on Beachbody on Demand on the 29th and that is also the day we start the challenge group!

What is MM100?

As we approached Memorial Day weekend kickoff in my Summer Slimdown Bootcamp one of my girls raised the question many were thinking:

How can we enjoy some beverages this weekend without totally derailing our results?

Great question friend!

I have a deep love for the bubbly – AND for margaritas but truthfully my stomach can’t handle the sugars that a margarita mix includes.

Poolside, this has become a favorite summer treat and simple to whip together as a single serving glass OR pitcher when gathering with friends.

SKINNY MARGARITA:

Ingredients 

  • 2tbs Silver Tequila (I’m not a brand snob but will say the quality makes a HUGE difference in the taste!) 
  • 1tbs lemon juice
  • 1tbs lime juice 
  • Lime sparkling water 
  • Ice

DIRECTIONS:

Combine tequilla and juices in a shaker cup with ice. Shake well. Pour into a cup of ice and top with sparkling water. Simple as that – then ENJOY!

I still remember VIVIDLY when I learned of these trips…

I busted my tail – helping a MINIMUM of 3 people a month get started on their health and fitness journey – and by September – 6 months later, fully earned the trip for the following spring!

The first trip (and the next 3 consecutive ones) were just the hubs and I. It was my way to telling him THANK YOU for supporting my crazy dreams and wild ideas…as I transitioned from a CPA full time working mom – to a FULL TIME Stay at home mom – to a girl who discovered a PASSIOn and became a MOMMYPRENEUR – building a virtual business in the hours when the little ones slept.

I think its important for YOU to realize that if you were watching me and my family and my team last week on the trip you understand YOU CAN DO THIS too!

I got curious – and chased the curiosity! Because well, in the world we live in, that’s a privilege we have!

I enjoyed our first 4 trips just the hubs and I – but bringing our kiddos along brought the  gratitude to a whole new level!

What was the 2019 trip?

This year we set sail out of Ft. Lauderdale on the Harmony of the Seas which is an amazing ship full of activities for both the adults and the kiddos.

The kiddos created a countdown months ago, but truly were most excited for the UNLIMITED ICE CREAM they had heard so much about.

But I think my favorite part was watching them build friendships with my friends kids. I mean I love what I do – who I GET TO surround myself with – but watching them develop those friendships and create memories was icing on the cake.

Our first day kicked off with the Elite and Premiere Reception in the back of the boat and was exclusive to all of the Top Coaches in the company!

As an Elite coach, we get swag bags and private events to celebrate our team’s accomplishments. A way for the company to say THANK YOU for paving the way – and a time for us to mix and mingle and mastermind and CELEBRATE together!

Thankfully the kiddos were BEGGING for a night in the kids club, so we enjoyed our first night on the ship enjoying our celebrations with our friends!

6:30 am came the next morning and we hit the deck for the first for 4 back to back to back mornings of WORKOUTS with the super trainers.

I actually really do ENJOY my solo workouts in my basement every morning but there is something MAGICAL about surrounding yourself with a few thousand other motivated, driven people, who are sweating right there along side you, led by the best of the best in the fitness world!

The hubs and I tag teamed and while I did hte early morning rounds on the ship, he hung back with the kiddos. Then when I finished he would head to deck 5 with some of the other spouses to run! Our evenings were filled with dinners out, walking around the boardwalk, sipping milkshakes from Johnny Rockets and just soaking in being PRESENT with the people who have helped change my life in so many ways.

When my 7 year old learned there would be “real life trainers” on this trip, I had to take the opportunity to document it when we saw super trainer Jericho McMatthews soaking in the sun in Labadee.

Jericho was so SWEET and welcomed my little girl with open arms…and all Aubrie could do was SMILE, then leap away after her picture!

The evening after our first port visit in Labadee, my son looked at me and said “Mommy thank you for starting Beachbody after I was born. I would have never been able to go on this trip and visit Haiti with my friends” – and I just hugged him for the longest time and didn’t want to let go

TRUTH IS – there are a lot of things in our life – in his little life – that would not have COULD NOT have happened if I didn’t follow my heart and say YES to this opportunity when it fell on my lap 5 years ago.

What to pack on a cruise

We are about to EMBARK, again!

Every year we have the opportunity to EARN a trip through my partner company.
Yes, EARN a fancy little getaway as a THANK YOU for helping other women lead healthier and more fulfilling lives – AND – help other women BUILD their own businesses doing the same!

It’s always in the spring, always somewhere tropical, and every few years, on the largest Ship we can get our hands on.

This upcoming year its the Royal Caribbean’s – Harmony of the seas!

This is the 5th vacation trip my hubs and I have earned, but we’re taking it up a notch and trading in our usual solo ADULTs only trip and bringing our kiddos along, which means a HECK of a lot more packing to do!

Amongst my google searches and talks with my teammates, some of which are going on their FIRST CRUISE I realized the compilation list of what to take on a cruise is ENDLESS and having cruised a half dozen times before I should share my top MUST HAVES!

A few things I want to touch on a little more closely:

  1. First aid kit/ Sea Bands/ Tylenol or other medications – First off these items will be available on the ship – but at a hefty inflation rate. Supply and demand my friends! And the last thing you want to worry about is finding children’s ibuprofen in the middle of the night if a little one gets sick. These are most definitely items to pack in advance and if you end up bringing them home PERFECT! Our kiddos are first time cruisers, so we added in some sea bands and dramamine for motion sickness.
  2. Sunscreen – Just like the medicine, you can absolutely buy this on the ship or in port but the cost is outrageous. What you see in the image below is a small representation of a gallon ziplock bag filled to the top! We all have our own preferences on sunscreen so I have 3 full bottles of the kiddos pick, 2 for the hubs and 2 for myself. Again feel free to bring home what you don’t use, but you will be happy you have it!
  3. Power cord strip WITH USB ports – Cruise ship rooms are smaller than traditional hotel rooms (I mean its a hotel that FLOATS people!!!) which means plugs are not abundant! Having a power strip with USB ports will allow you to use one outlet to charge your phone(s), laptop, and anything else that may need plugged in!
  4. Sanitizing wipes and a small sanitizer – again this is a floating hotel! Even with daily cleaning service and hand sanitizer stations at most corners you turn, having your own wipes and little bottle in your bag won’t hurt!
  5. Aloe/after sun lotion – On my last cruise I made the mistake of NOT reapplying my sunscreen in attempt to get a nice golden bronze color to come home to and I fried like a LOBSTER. On top of the pain, it was the day before our couples, hot stone massage. It was so bad we couldn’t even do the hot stones. The masseuse convinced me to buy the spa’s lotion to ease my pain and at a hefty price of $80 for the bottle, I made aloe a necessity for any warm weather vacation!
  6. Tide pen – Its unlikely that you’ll be doing any laundry during this trip but if you find yourself spilling a strawberry margarita on your new white dress or a kiddo drops ketchup down their new polo at dinner, you’ll be thankful you have this backup to lower the risk of stains!
  7. Towel clips and clothespins and suction hooks– There isn’t a lot of excess room in the cruise rooms and those little towel bars in the bathroom aren’t exactly made to hold a family of 4’s wet and sandy swimwear. No worries friends – I got you! You can use clothespins to clip more items and the giant towel clips will allow you to utilize your balcony space without worrying about your clothes and towels going overboard. Little suction cup hooks are great too for extra towel space if you don’t have a balcony room.
  8. Over the door shoe rack – This tip was just shared with me and I screamed GENIUS! Because of the small(er) bathrooms and shortage of counter space this allows you ample room to store a hair dryer, curling iron, make up, skin care, lotions, sunscreens, etc…Its lightweight, packs easily and just slips over the door!
