Where has the summer gone?!
I’ve got to say while I am excited for the 4th of July holiday weekend I can’t believe how fast this summer is FLYING by…who knows maybe the rain will stop sometime soon!!!
How many of you have some parties and celebrations this weekend and while you want to enjoy yourself you don’t want to undo all the hardwork you’ve done?! Trust me – I get it!!! I know what its like to begin a fitness journey and BAM get smacked with back to back parties and weddings and get togethers and think you either A) Cannot enjoy anything at the party B) You’re going to be tossing all that hard work out the window.
