What is a COACH?

A coach is someone who helps you get started on your health and fitness journey AND helps you continue your journey amongst the undpredictable things of LIFE.

A coach is someone who helps you up when you’re down and celebrates all the little victories along the way. We work together and UNITE – as a team! From fitness to nutrition to support and accountability – its the full package deal to helping YOU obtain a LIFESTYLE and not just a diet or quick fix.

Simply put: A coach is someone you can lean on.

Who are we:

We are a group of women: Moms, fighters, survivors, fitness instructors, flight attendants, CPAs, teachers, nurses, hard working, driven entrepreneurs who heard the opportunity knocking and opened the door!

Team Beachbody recently celebrated their 10th anniversary and while we’ve been changing lives and helping others build businesses throughout the United States and Canada the official International LAUNCH is underway and now available to all our friends in the UNITED KINGDOM!!!

Its time to END THAT GROWING trend of obesity among children and adults!

I was not a fitness expert and I’m still not.
I was not a nutritionist and I am still learning something new every day.
I was not at my goal weight and somedays I am at it and others not so much…its a journey.
I only posted on social media to share periodic pictures of my kiddos and NEVER liked or commented on anyone else’s pictures…#didntwanttobeacreeper
I thought people who took selfies were self absorbed & CR-A-ZY!
I never wanted to be called a “sales person”
I didn’t have Instagram or a Blog and had no desire to learn them.

And the list goes on……

Sound familiar? I get it!! Those same concerns you have about coaching…I had them too.

But you know what I realized? I knew I had POTENTIAL.

Potential to build a business while at home with my littles…

Potential to help other women lose their baby weight just like ME…

Potential to help women simply FEEL confident again…

Potential to provide for my family…

Potential to relate and create a TRIBE of other women who just GOT IT.

I pushed those fears aside and went for it.

I won’t say its always easy but my goodness its worth it!

Watching my student loans dwindle_I love my job

don't wait for the perfect moment, what is beachbody coaching, who can be a beachbody coach, what does a beachbody coach do

I am so excited I may be having my own little dance party in the living room!!! I am down to less than $2000 in student loans and I will be DONE by the end of the year – mark my words!!! To some this may seem like a lot and to some this may seem like no big deal…but this is so huge for me!!! Kyle and I have never been a “my money/your money” family. What’s mine is his and what’s his is mine-from the beginning! So when we made the decision that I would not return to work after having Colt there was never that thought that I wasn’t going to have my own $$$. The only thing that bothered me was that I wasn’t going to be paying off MY student loans. I took overload courses and summer school every year so I could get my double major in the shortest amount of time and minimize the money I had to borrow. I did my best to pay for as much of my schooling as I went…I waitressed 4-5 days a week for all 4 years, I tutored for 3 of the 4 years and I was pretty good with my money but I still managed to leave there with a pretty LARGE chunk of debt. I got a great job after college but it was still difficult to pay much more than the minimum payment. Once I left KPMG, I didn’t like that I was no longer “making” money to pay off my school loans. However I wasn’t willing to give up my stay at home mom life either – so on with life we went!
