A coach is someone who helps you get started on your health and fitness journey AND helps you continue your journey amongst the undpredictable things of LIFE.

A coach is someone who helps you up when you’re down and celebrates all the little victories along the way. We work together and UNITE – as a team! From fitness to nutrition to support and accountability – its the full package deal to helping YOU obtain a LIFESTYLE and not just a diet or quick fix.

Simply put: A coach is someone you can lean on.

Who are we:

We are a group of women: Moms, fighters, survivors, fitness instructors, flight attendants, CPAs, teachers, nurses, hard working, driven entrepreneurs who heard the opportunity knocking and opened the door!

Team Beachbody recently celebrated their 10th anniversary and while we’ve been changing lives and helping others build businesses throughout the United States and Canada the official International LAUNCH is underway and now available to all our friends in the UNITED KINGDOM!!!

Its time to END THAT GROWING trend of obesity among children and adults!

One. More. Week.

At this time next week I’ll be driving off to the airport for an opportunity of a lifetime!!!

I’ve been invited – I’ve accepted – and I cannot wait for our BIG LAUNCH event in the UK!

This is my first time traveling over seas and quite frankly I’m a tiny bit scarrrrrrrrred but I’m pretty sure the excitement is going to push me past the nerves!!!

Throughout the last 3.5 years I’ve built an incredible team of life-changing – EMPOWERING – women in the US & Canada and I am so PROUD to be part of the 3x #1 team in the entire COMPANY but its time to make our impact even greater!!!

I will be heading to London for our team’s launch event and the company’s kick off party where I will have the opportunity to share with our new FOUNDING COACHES how I went from CPA full time working mom – to a stay at home mom – to a MOM-preneur building my business in pockets of time throughout my day!

Team Beachbody is Expanding to the UK

There’s been talk and chatter and many requests and many more prayers answered – Team Beachbody is going International and its first stop: The United Kingdom!!!

Team Beachbody is kicking off its international expansion into the UK market in Autumn 2017!

Not only is this a HUGE opportunity for current Beachbody Coaches but its an opportunity to HELP more people not only achieve their health and fitness goals but to truly impact the future of our friends and family through the business opportunity.

As of October 19th – Coaches from the US and Canada (current coaches) will be able to share this life changing opportunity with customers and coaches residing in the UK.

Similarly, UK Coaches will be able to recruit Coaches and Customers from the US and Canada into their organizations.

What Exactly Does This Mean?

There are two sides to Team Beachbody you can take advantage of – there’s the Customers & there are Coaches.

As a COACH – You are an independent owner/CEO of your own business. Your job is to live out the mission: To help OTHERS achieve THEIR goals to live HEALTHY and more FULFILLING lives.

You earn commission through anything YOUR customers purchase from your site and your have the opportunity to build a team and grow your business.

I offer exclusive New Coach Training Academy with a “work at your own pace” option as well as group atmosphere and additional trainings as you progress through your business. I am here to mentor you and will always match your pace.

If you want to run with this business I will run with you. If you want to walk slowly I’ll walk with you.

The potential is limitless and your income is a direct result of your EFFORT and the number of lives you IMPACT.

Fab 5 Summer Search

What did you want to be when you were growing up?

A teacher?
A doctor?
A mom?
An accountant?
A lawyer?
A nurse?
An acrobat?

I’ll be honest I didn’t have that ONE thing but I knew that I wanted to be SUCCESSFUL and figured I’d rock a fancy suit on the top floor of some big fancy building in NYC with a corner office!

I had a strong work ethic from the days of weekend babysitting as a 12 year old through double jobs in college through landing my big girl career in public accounting.

But then the unthinkable happened:

I. BECAME. A. MOM.

And guess what?

That office on the top floor was not important anymore.

I wanted TIME at home with my daughter.

And after working away her first two years we made the family choice to become a single family home after the arrival of our little guy.

It was hard.
The adjustment to SAHM life was hard.
I missed my independence
And did I mention being a SAHM was hard?

But then the unthinkable happened again and A NEW DOOR opened.
This new door was going to give me the opportunity to live in the best of both worlds.

To have some independence back but to still be MOM.

This opportunity came at a time that I wasn’t looking and never realized HOW MUCH I needed it.

And while my office -covered in pictures from my little Miss with paint stains on my desk compliments of my kids-is a far cry from that top office in the big Apple….I wouldn’t have it any other way!!!

I chose the path others run from because it’s DIFFERENT.

I wa willing to put the work in no matter what iteration thought because I BELIEVED in the business.

And you know what—that same opportunity is there for you too!

“I’d love to coach but I just don’t have the time”

Oh if I had a dime for every time I hear that comment from someone I’d be living in the Caribbean!!!

Here’s the deal.

You probably don’t have time.

You really don’t.

But if you want something bad enough…if you want to BUILD your own business and you have a strong enough WHY – I PROMISE you…you will MAKE TIME.

If you had told me 3 years ago – as I frantically attempted to figure out how to be a SAHM mom to a demanding 2 year old who stopped napping and a newborn who threw up every meal he ate and NEVER…. I mean NEVER slept – that I would just up and start a work from home business around helping other people from laptop…I would have LAUGHED in your face and then sent you to the looney bin.

It just wasn’t in the cards for me.

I was “BUSY”

But here’s the thing…we are all busy.

And we all make time for the things that MATTER – that IMPACT us.

I fell IN LOVE with it all.

Quickly.

With the amazing support from my fellow challengers.

With the family aspect of this team I joined.

With the confidence I was GAINING each and every single day.

I had a purpose again…beyond my role as MOM….

I was HELPING others the same WAY I was helped. And it felt good.

So it didn’t become a question of if I had time.

The question was – How can I make TIME?

And you know what – I FIGURED IT OUT.

I didn’t work in an office.

No two days were the same.

I didn’t have 9-5 hours.
BUT I MADE IT WORK.

Trial and Error.

Failing forward.

Making sacrifices.

I made it work – because I wanted it to work for me!!!

And if you want to make it work – I PROMISE you – you can.

And I can TEACH you exactly what I did and the systems I have put in place as I teach my TEAM as we continue to grow and change the lives of others every single day.
