So although I have tried a ton of shakeology recipes I always go back to the same one – Chocolate shakeo, 1/4 – 1/2 FROZEN banana (For consistency purposes the banana HAS to be Frozen, at least for me!!!) and 1 TBS of PB2. This totally nails my chocolate sweet tooth cravings and feels like a cheat meal – but its so good for me – and filling!
Chocolate PB Banana
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup of water
1 scoop chocolate shakeo
1/4 – 1/2 FROZEN banana
1 TBS of PB2
AND LOTS OF ICE!
