Ok, so I don’t switch up my shakes very often – I absolutely love my Chocolate shakeo with 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 of a FROZEN banana and a TBS of PB2 however…every now and then I like to switch things up and so does my hubby!
Here are two fun ones we both enjoy!
Nutty Butter
1 cup of milk (almond, soy, etc…)
1/2 cup of water
1 scoop vanilla shakeology
1/4 cup of walnuts
1 TBS natural peanut butter or PB2
1 frozen banana
Ice to taste
Maple Pecan
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup water
1 scoop vanilla shakeo
1 TBS pecans
1 TBS cashews
1 tsp pure maple syrup
Ice to taste
