Its been almost a year since I joined my first challenge group but I still remember how hard it was! I had a lifetime of bad eating habits! The usual – not enough protein, too many carbs, skipping meals, then overindulging at the next and I could live on sweets! I didn’t exercise regularly and I used a pile of excuses to back it up. It seemed okay at the time but I quickly found myself with 2 little ones to take care of and little energy to do so – I needed a change – STAT!
Looking back I can’t help but think of the drastic change in the quality of my life thanks to clean eating and my at home Beachbody workouts!!! We all bounce to the beat of a different drum but once you find what works for you its a complete “ah-ha” moment! I want nothing more than for everyone to find that magic combo that works for THEM. That combo of nutrition and fitness that turns into a healthy lifestyle and not a temporary crash diet!
