If you would have told me years ago I’d be “snacking” on cabbage steaks by CHOICE I would have told you that you were out of your MIND.
Turns out when you change your MINDSET – ANYTHING is P O S S I B L E
Not only are they tasty, they’re kind of pretty.
What you need:
- Parchment paper
- 1 green and/or purple cabbage, cut in half lengthwise, cut into 1/2 moon steaks
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground paprika
What you need to do:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Line large baking sheet with parchment paper
- Place cabbage on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with seasonings. Lightly coat tops with spray. Bane for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.
