Sure, its tough…but its ONLY 22 Minutes.
Each day of the program consists of a series of total body rounds within the 22 minute workout window, rotating through functional resistance, cardio, and core focused workouts.
As Mr. Tony Horton says, “All you have to do is show up, keep up, and you WILL get in shape.”
How long is the program? 8 WEEKS
How long is each workout? You guessed it, 22 MINUTES
What equipment is needed? For some 22 MINUTE HARD CORPS routines, you will need a pull-up bar or resistance band and door attachment, as well as a Beachbody® PT Sandbag or dumbbells.
