It can be easy to get lost in the holiday shuffle, packing on the winter fluff and hiding in layers of hoodies and flannels and vests and jackets but truth is – spring is coming, the summer countdown is on, the layers are soon gone and you’ll be dusting off those swimsuits in no time!

Its time get back in the game, regain some confidence and focus on those healthy habits!

Monday March 7th kicks off my first Spring Training Virtual BOOTCAMP and I am looking for 5 ladies to join me in Beachbody’s newest home DVD workout program 22 MINUTE HARD CORPS.
