Gluten Free – Dairy Free – and DELICIOUS
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 TBS chia seeds
- 3 TBS unsweetened coconut flakes
- 3 TBS almond slivers
- 3 TBS craisins (or raisins or other dried fruit)
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Vegan Shakeology
- 1/2 cup oats
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
- Combine the peanut butter and honey, melt in microwave 20-30 seconds. Stir thoroughly.
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Scoop/Roll 1″ round balls and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
Makes approximately 24 balls
