The hubs and I have been rocking the 4:41am wake up since January 15th and I think its safe to say WE SET A NEW HABIT!
And I think its safe to say and I am proud to say that this little arms, abs and booty program is WORKING!
I would love to share with you that I am down 5 or 10 pounds or something drastic but guess what – the scale isn’t budging over here but I have LEARNED that the scale does not DEFINE my worth…and to me that is irreplaceable!!! #NonScaleVictoryForTheWIn
To those of you who have been watching my journey and supporting me and the hubs along the way THANK YOU! One of the best things I have done for my personal HEALTH is being upfront, honest and transparent!
While I may not personally know each and every one of you the comments and encouragement you provide to use truly goes a long way!

4 week results Abs, Arms, Booty program
And my most self conscious area is SLOWLY lifting and I am leaning into the COMPOUND EFFECT and realize that this program isn’t 21 days or 60 days but its 80 days and I know with consistency I am going to reach my goals!

So what’s next with phase 2?
For starters we are RAMPING up!
This next phase of the program raises the intensity and in turn INCREASES our food.
While I am happy with the visual results I realized I have been eating in the same bracket/caloric level for nearly 4 years and I am going to take the expert’s advice and go from a “weight-loss” formula to a “maintenance” formula.
This is a weeeee bit scary for me because I feel like its SO MUCH FOOD but I have seen the results from others and I am excited to see how my body responds to this new C level of eating.
Here’s the road map for Phase 2 week 1/week 5 of our Arms, Abs and BOOTY program:
Round 2 just launched and these ladies have a FIRE lit and my coach pride is FLYING HIGH!
Which can only lead to one thing…
