But sweet friend, I beg to differ!!!
Because when you DITCH the excuses ANYTHING is possible!!!
You get out what you put in, and putting in 20 solid focused minutes these last few months seems to be working well.
I am proud to share my results with this at HOME, 20 minute Fitness program but I have to warn you: If you get inspired, and want to JOIN ME – this program is a HECK of a lot of fun!
I was invited to participate in a pilot testgroup that began in the Fall of 2018 to be among the first to test and try this new program by Shaun T (yes THE Shaun T, creator of Insanity, T25, Insanity Max 30 and so much more!)
It was a commitment I didn’t take lightly.
Throughout the first round we enjoyed a trip to Vegas celebrating my 33rd birthday, a girls trip to Miami and several parties, get togethers, dinners out etc.
Basically we enjoyed life.
While I cannot say I was perfect those entire 6 weeks I was COMMITTED to showing up and giving my best.
Most days that involved very clean meals, balanced nutrition, lots of water and veggies
Some days it included cake and tacos and margaritas…
Every day it included superfoods…
And every day I showed up and gave my best without every feeling deprived.

6 week results with Transform 20
Round 1 left me a few pounds lighter, several inches smaller and lifted up in a confidence I hadn’t felt for a while.
It was about LIVING – enjoying – and having a plan complete with balance!
I continued following the program through Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and while some weeks were a little more “off track” than on track I stayed focused on the end goal.
Wake up – show up – and do my best.
And now I get to share this amazing program with EVERYONE out there who is ready to commit!!!
I’m now down a total of 6 pounds but more importantly I feel like I found every busy woman’s SOLUTION.
