- 1/4 pound cooked pound of ground turkey
- 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp olive oil
- sea salt and pepper
- Heat oil in pan over medium heat
- Spiral the zucchini and sauté for 3-4 minutes with desired sea salt and pepper
- Top with meat sauce
- ENJOY!
